Favourite Things Friday

Friday rolls around again, and has finished off a nice, but practically craftless week for me. It's FTF and time to link up to Shay at Quilting In My Pyjamas for a Friday linky party.

This week my favourite thing is/are my fur babies. Warning lots of photos. Many you've probably seen before on other posts.

I have three fur babies, Karma a Lhasa Apso he's almost 10 yrs old, and two cats, Bailey and Lulu, they came from the RSPCA.

Karma is laid back and can usually be found sleeping somewhere, anywhere.

He thinks my crochet cushions are made for him.

Bailey is the one who constantly keeps us "amused".

He loves to help with my quilting.

Lulu is the quiet one, silent but deadly if you're a small living thing.

Check out those teeth.

Lulu also likes to help out with quilting, she is not quite as "helpful" as Bailey.  She is good at picking up the lint!

She's a bit of a daredevil and loves to sit on this railing which is over 6 metres off the ground.

  2. Pets enrich your life don't they? I know they are a tie especially if you want to travel like we do, but it is soooo nice to be greeted with enthusiasm when you come home every day isn't it?

  3. That last photo of Karma is absolutely reminding me of something but I can't remember what... maybe a muppet or a cartoon character? Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Either way, he has awesome hair.

  5. That's really brightened my day, as I sit on the very early train going to work on a Saturday and the lady behind me just farted. Thanks furry babies for being so cute and funny! There's some classic photos there!

  6. One of the things I always love about your fur baby posts is that you manage to catch them in such great poses. Im lucky if I can keep Indy still long enough for an unblurry pick and he isnt very photogenic.

Bailey is your wild child....we all have at least one.

Loved the pictures in this FTF post.

  8. I just love Karma - he just looks so sweet!

those teeth are really, really scary! I bet you don't have any mice, do you?

so, I'm guessing from the pics, that your cats and dog get along well? they all seem so well-mannered (that's the great thing about pics, isn't it - same with kids, too!)

    love your fur babies, Marg!

  13. Marg, Karma is absolutely sweet! Loved looking at photos of her. Pull her ears for me, will you? (And when I say that, I just mean pet them nicely -- the ears are always so soft).

I'm not sure if I'd have patience to let the cats all over my quilting things. You're a much nicer fur-mama than I would be.
