I need some floaties

Does anybody have floaties I could use?

Over six nine inches of rain so far today, since 5.30am.  Still glad I live on a hill, but might need them soon.

I might even need a boat by the end of the day.

All I can say is it shouldn't be called the Sunshine Coast!

E.T.A.  I think I might need that boat!

  1. Wow that IS a lot of rain! Hope it clears up soon Marg, ive got no floaties but could send an inflatable rubber dinghy!

  2. That's a LOT of rain in one day!

Hope you;re staying dry , and trying to make the best of a cruddy situation. Stay off the roads and take care of yourself!

  3. uuurrrrgggghhhh - so much rain!

Unfortunately no, I don't have any armbands but I think a boat would be preferable in any case, a boat and an umbrella :0)

Hope it stops soon and doesn't do too much damage on the flatter grounds.

  4. Not to worry - I'll have an arc waiting for you at the bottom of the hill :-). I'm new to your blog and having smiled at this post, I went on to read others. This is a wonderful place to visit and I can guarantee I'll be back. Have a wonderful day. Blessings...Mary

  5. Yikes Marg, Hope all's okay. Keep us posted.. Hmm so you need a waterproof floating laptop along with the floaties. I think we should get George Clooney to come and save you!!

  6. I would send you mine but I am using them for myself :-) Its raining again and more on the radar!! You know what Dory says 'Just keep Swimming' ;-)

  7. I HOPE it has quit raining. I'm glad you live on a hill. I hope you really don't need any float-ware.

  8. Hope you are all ok - seen footage on the news and it looks devastating.Fingers crossed for you all x
